PK = Player Kill or team killer I guess you could say.
Crashing servers would be the only one I would personally disagree with. But he prolly started with that after all the kicking/banning you guys kept giving

HM- State that in server splash screen or something so everyone at least knows going in without out having to be told in public/team chat box.
Crashing- Not acceptable. Usally this happens once youve started to mess with a person, but there are times when they like to just change the map. or "ass map rotation/maps" lol
Smurfing -Acceptable. A name is only a name. People who are in anger only give the name power. Example: Crow your a faggot. Now Crow can either get his banstick or let it roll giving no power to such a name or to myself for using it.

I only see one reason for a long bann. Constant server crashing.
